Raised in Brussels, within the vibrant NATO community, Jake developed a deep appreciation for the power of human connection and the value of embracing diversity.

With his international experience and later navigating the complex terrains of Wall Street, Jake brings a distinctive global and financial perspective to his work. His journey has taught him that success is as much about financial gain as helping people and organizations grow and thrive.

Global event - Michael Phelps won gold in every event he took part in at the Beijing Olympics - the record for most golds won in a single Summer Olympics.

Jake took his global experience to Duke University to deepen his strategy, leadership, and business expertise. There he created a global leadership training for managing diversity and creating innovative cultures. His behavioral economics emphasis took him to on-site study in Europe, Middle East, and Asia. He got “Top CEO” award voted by peers to run the program’s capstone project.
